125例中晚期肝癌介入治疗近期疗效分析

摘    要:目的:评价经肝动脉灌注化疗与化疗加栓塞治疗中晚期肝癌的近期疗效.方法:采用Seldinger技术,经皮股动脉穿刺插管,对125例无手术指征的中晚期肝癌行肝动脉灌注化疗(TATC)和化疗加栓塞治疗(TACE).35例行单纯肝动脉灌注化疗,90例行肝动脉化疗加栓塞治疗.结果:单纯肝动脉灌注化疗者生存率0.5年为62.9%;1年为25.7%;2年为0.3%;总有效率为68.6%;肝动脉化疗加栓塞者生存率0.5年为92.3%,1年为65.5%,2年为28.9%,总有效率为94.4%.结论:肝动脉灌注化疗与化疗栓塞是中晚期肝癌行之有效的治疗方法,肝动脉化疗加栓塞治疗疗效优于肝动脉灌注化疗.

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the recent effects of transcatheter arterial infusion chemotherapy(TAIC) and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) for middle and advanced stages hepatic carcinoma.Methods:TAIC and TACE were performed in 125 patients with middle and advanced stages of hepatic carcinoma and were not suitable for operation via femoral artery catheterization with Seldinger's technique.35 cases were treated with TAIC,the other 90 cases were treated with TACE.Results:In the group of TAIC,the survival rate of 0.5,1 year and 2 years were 62.9%,25.7%,0.3%,and the effective rate was 68.6%;in the group of TACE,the survival rate of 0.5,1 year,2 year were 92.3%,65.5%,28.9%,and the effective rate was 94.4%.Conclusion:As an effective means to hepatic carcinoma in middle and advanced stages,the recent therapeutic effects of TACE is superior to that of TAIC.
