| 摘 要： | 目的研究端粒酶活性在喉鳞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用TRAP-ELISA法测定喉鳞癌组织及喉正常组织的端粒酶活性。结果喉鳞癌组织的端粒酶活性明显高于喉部正常组织。喉鳞癌组织的端粒酶活性与喉鳞癌的病理分级、临床分期以及颈淋巴结转移具有相关性，与喉鳞癌的临床分型、患者的年龄、性别无关。结论端粒酶活性可作为检测喉鳞癌的发生发展、评价肿瘤恶性度、判断喉鳞癌病人淋巴结转移潜能及预后的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of telomerase activity and its clinical significance in patients with larynx squamous carcinoma as well as nearby normal tissue. Methods The detection of telomerase activity was analysed in 23 patients of larynx squamous carcinoma by TRAP-ELISA. Results Telomerase activity was significantly higher in larynx squamous carcinoma than that in nor real larynx tissue. Telomerase activity was correlated to the pathological grading, clinical stage, cervical lymph node metastasis, but not to the clinical classification, age and gender. Conclusion Telomerase activity can be used as a marker to diagnosis and evaluate the development, metastasis and prognosis of larynx squamous earcinoms. |
