摘    要:测急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血浆中血小板和淋巴细胞膜Fas,APO.27,bcl-2阳性表达率,为研究上述促,抑凋亡基因对ACI形成机制及预后的影响,寻找超早期防治措施。用流式细胞仪对制备好的血小板和淋巴细胞膜样本进行测定。结果:ACI组血小板,Fas,APO2.7bcl-2阳性表达率均显著高于对照组,P〈0.05。

Abstract:To research promote or inhibit gene influence on the mechanism and prognosis of ACI, we measured hematoplasma thrombocyte and lymphocyte membrane FasAPO2.7, bcl 2 positive expression rate in the patients with acute cerebral ischemia (ACI). The samples of thrombocyte and lymphocyte were inspected with FCM. The results shew that Fas APO2.7 bcl 2 positive expression rate in the groups of patients with ACI was higher than the groups of normal group significantely, P <0.05. Lymphocyte membrane bcl 2 in the group of patients was lower singificantily than the group of control, the others were higher than group of control, P <0.01. These revealed the alterration that of Fas, APO2.7 and bcl 2 positive expression rate in thrombocyte and lymphocyte mabrane probably participated in the mechanism of ACI.
