| 摘 要： | 目的对贵州省80例染色体异常者进行细胞遗传学研究和分析。方法对受检者进行常规病史询问、体格检查、抽取静脉血1.5 ml进行淋巴细胞培养,中期染色体制片、G显带处理,每例患者镜下分别计数30个核型,分析核型3个以上,对异常者加大记数和分析量,并按人类细胞遗传学国际命名体制(ISCN,1985)的标准命名。结果80例异常核型中常染色体数目、结构异常者55例(占68.75%),性染色体数目、结构异常者18例(占22.5%),染色体多态性7例(占8.75%)。结论染色体异常与不良孕产史、不孕不育、智力低下、性发育异常、原发性闭经等有密切关系。因而进行孕前优生遗传咨询,及时了解染色体异常情况,为临床治疗及优生具有极其重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze cytogenetics of 80 chromosomes abnormality the sufferer proceeds.Methods Proceed to the sufferer the normal regulations disease history inquire,the physical examination,takes blood 1.5ml for culture of lymphoid cells.The middle chromosome film producer,G-banding handle was carried out.To analyze the karyotype and abnormality the enlargement records the number.Results 80 cases of karyotype abnormal that construction abnormalities 55 cases(68.75%),sex chromosome number,construction abnormalities 18 cases(22.5%) and cases were chromosome various appearances(8.75%).Conclusion The abnormal chromosomes are closely related with bad pregnancy of history lowly intelligence,sex growth abnormality. |
