摘    要:以硝普钠作为一氧化氮的供体。用流式细胞仪荧光强度测定、细胞ELISA、Northern杂交等方法分别从蛋白表达、基因表达水平研究一氧化氮对内皮细胞粘附分子VCAM-1表达的影响。结果表示:一氧化氮抑制IL-1α诱发的内皮细胞粘附分子VCAM-1的基因表达水平其作用里浓度及时间依赖性。一氧化氮抑制内皮细胞粘附分子VCAM-1的表达是其抑制单核一内皮细胞粘附及抗动脉粥样硬化的机制之一.

Abstract:FCAS, cell ELISA and Nortnern blot were applied to study the effects of nitroprosside, a donorof nitric oxide on the expression of protein and mRNA of VCAM-1. Results showed that nitroprussideinhibit6d Expression of VCAM-1 protein and mRNA in a dose-and time-dependent manner. It impliesthat, inhibitory effect of nitric oxide on VCAM-1 expression could be one of the mechanismsunderlying antiadhesion between monocyte and vascular endothelial cells, and antiatherosclerosis.
