丙种球蛋白治疗婴幼儿哮喘的效果及对红细胞免疫功能的影响

目的　观察静滴丙种球蛋白 (IVIg)治疗婴幼儿哮喘的临床疗效及其对患儿红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法　婴幼儿哮喘 5 6例 ,其中 2 6例采用常规治疗方案加静滴丙种球蛋白 ,30例给予常规治疗作为对照组 ,评价两组的疗效 ;采用花环试验法检测IVIg患儿组治疗前、后红细胞的免疫功能。结果　IVIg组与对照组患儿咳嗽、呼吸困难和肺部哮鸣音消失的平均时间间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,两组均无明显副作用 ;观察组治疗前与正常婴幼儿组红细胞C3b受体花环率、IC花环率间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;治疗后差别均无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　IVIg作为哮喘的免疫治疗措施有肯定的疗效 ,IVIg可以改善红细胞的免疫功能 ,使红细胞C3b受体花环率提高 ,IC花环率降低 ,这可能是其治疗哮喘的作用机制之一。

Treating Effect of Gamma Globulin on Infantile Asthma and Influence on Erythrocyte Immune Function

Objective To research the clinical effect of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) on infantile asthma and the influence on erythrocyte immune function.Methods 56 cases of infantile asthma were studied,in which 26 cases were given by the routine treatment and IVIG, 30 cases were treated as control group and given by the routine treatment. Evaluating its treating effect. Erythrocyte immune function was measured by the rosette formation test before and after treatment.Results There was significant difference in the disappearing time of cough, dyspnea lasting and lung rale between IVIG group and control group (P<0.01). Both of them were no significant side effect. There was significant difference in erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette formation rate and immune complex (IC) rosette formation rate before treatment between the asthma group and normal children group (P<0.05). There was significant difference in erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette formation rate and IC rosette formation rate in IVIG group before and after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion IVIG treating asthma is definitely effective as a kind of immune treating measure. IVIG treating may improve erythrocyte immune function, enhance erythrocyte C3b rosette formation rate and deduce IC rosette formation rate. It may be one of the mechanisms of treating asthma with IVIG.
