16层螺旋CT对冠状动脉病变的诊断价值

摘    要:目的:评价16层螺旋CT(MSCTCA)对冠状动脉病变的诊断价值.方法:收集临床初诊疑为冠状动脉硬化性心脏病并行冠状动脉MSCTCA检查者23例,23例于CT检查前后行动脉造影(SCA)检查.以SCA结果为标准,对比分析MSCTCA诊断冠状动脉显著性狭窄的准确性.结果:92.7%的冠状动脉节段可用于影像学评价.与SCA相比较,MSCTCA诊断冠状动脉中度或中度以上狭窄的敏感度、特异度、阳性和阴性预测值分别为90.5%、96.5%,、90.5%和96.5%,诊断冠状动脉重度以上狭窄或闭塞的敏感、特异、阳性和阴性预测值分别为85.7%、97.2%、75.0%和98.6%.结论:16层MSCTCA可以评价冠状动脉病变.

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of 16-detector row spiral CT in coronary artery diseases. Methods: The records of 23 patients who were suspected to suffer from coronary artery diseases and underwent multislice spiral CT coronary angiography (MSCTCA) were collected. All patients also underwent selective coronary angiography (SCA) before or after MSCTCA. The accuracy of MSCTCA in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis was analyzed by compared with the results of SCA. Results: A total of 92.7% coronary artery segments could be evaluated. The sensitivity, specificity, and positive and negative predictive values of MSCTCA were 90.5%, 96.5%, 90.5%, and 96.5% in the diagnosis of moderate coronary artery stenosis and 85.7%, 97.2%, 75.0%, and 98.6 % in the diagnosis of severe coronary artery stenosis. Conclusion: 16-detector row spiral CT is helpful in the diagnosis of coronary artery diseases.
