下肢骨折手术中腰-硬联合麻醉的应用研究

目的探讨腰-硬联合麻醉应用在下肢骨折手术中的有效性、安全性和可行性。方法选择50例需要进行下肢骨折手术的患者,随机分为两组,其中实验组25例,手术中应用腰-硬联合麻醉;对照组25例,手术中应用连续硬膜外麻醉,详细观察记录两组患者在用量、见效时间和效果以及并发症等方面的差异。结果经比较发现,相比于传统的连续硬膜外麻醉方式,实验组患者在麻醉药用量上少于对照组(60.5±3.5)mg,显效时间上提前了(3.4±0.5)min,实验组患者未出现任何并发症,两组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在下肢骨折手术中采用腰-硬联合麻醉的方式,效果显著,安全可靠,值得推广。

Research on the Loins-hard Joint Anesthesia Applying in the Lower Limb Fractures Surgery

Objective Discusses the efficiency, safety and operation feasibility of the application of the loins-hard joint anesthesia in lower limb fractures. Methods Choose 80 were cases of lower limb fractures surgery, which randomly were divided into two groups： treatment group 44 cases, used in the loins-hard joint anesthesia; and control group 36 cases, used in continuous epidural anesthesia, observe and record in detail the effective time and effects, and complications of the differences of the two groups. Results After comparing two groups found that, in the narcotic, the treatment group less than the control group （60.5±3.5）mg, powerfully time by （3.4±0.5）min, the patients of treatment group did not appear any complications, two groups compared with significant difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Using the loins-hard joint anesthesia in the lower limb fractures surgery, the effect is remarkable, safe and reliable, it is worth promoting.
