院外延续护理对精神分裂症患者康复和生活质量的影响

目的探讨院外延续护理对精神分裂症患者康复和生活质量的影响。方法对照组（n：58）患者给予常规出院指导，干预组（n：60）患者在此基础上实施院外延续护理，即成立院外延续护理小组，建立出院患者档案，采用电话随访、邮递信函、上门随访及开展主题活动等形式进行院外延续护理。两组患者采用简明精冲病量表、康复状态餐表、生活质量综合评定量表和服药依从性量表进行比较。结果出院12个月后干预组简明精神病量表评分、康复状态量表评分均低于对照组（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；生活质量评分及服药依从性高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论院外延续护理呵以提高精神分裂症患者的服药依从性，有助于进一步改善患者的精神症状，提高其生活质量。

The effects of continuing nursing after discharge on quality of life and recovery in patients with schizophrenia

Objective To explore the effects of continuing nursing after discharge on quality of life and recovery in patients with schizophrenia. Methods The control group （ n = 58 ） was received routine discharge. Meanwhile, the experimental group （ n = 60） was received continuing nursing after dis- charge, which included the establishment of hospital continuing care teams and the record of discharged patients, and the forms of continuing nursing care was comtucted by telephone follow -up, archives, mailing letters,home fbllow -up, activities and so on. The two group patients was investigated and compared with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale, Morning Side and Rehabilitation State Scale, the Generic Quality of Life Inventory and the Drug Compliance Scale. Results At twelve months aider discharge, the scores of the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale, Morning Side and Rehabilitation State Scale of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05 ） ,the scores of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory and the compliance of taking medicine of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion To the patients with schizophrenia, contin- uing nursing after discharge can help to improve their compliance of taking medicine, alleviate psychiatric symptoms and enhance their quality of life.
