| 摘 要： | 对30例脑卒中并发顽同性呃逆的患者，采用压舌板等工具刺激咽喉部引起患者咳嗽或恶心感治疗．30例患者显效率为83．3％，有效率为16．7％。笔者认为刺激咽喉部治疗脑卒中并发顽固性呃逆的方法疗效较好，并提出使用注意事项。

| Abstract: | stroke patients complicated with obstinate singultus were treated by instrument like spatula which stimulated throat and arose sickness and cough in it.Marked efficiency rate of30cases reached83.3%,and efficiency rate16.7%.The authors thought throat stimulation used in treating complicated obstinate singultus in stroke patient was better than others and suggested some advice. |
