| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年牙列重度磨耗伴牙列缺损的修复治疗。方法 选择1999年9月至2009年9月枣庄矿业集团中心医院收治的牙列重度磨耗伴牙列缺损患者56例，根据患者余留牙情况、息止牙合间隙等分析，其中37例患者采用牙合垫式可摘义齿修复，19例患者采用固定义齿修复。治疗后随访观察1年。结果 随访1年后，56例患者咀嚼功能均明显改善，颞下颌关节紊乱症状缓解，面型改善。结论 老年患者由于牙列重度磨耗导致了垂直距离降低，有必要对其进行咬合重建，过渡性牙合重建修复可为永久性牙合重建修复提供重要的参考依据。
