摘    要:目的优选乙醇提取薄荷总黄酮的最佳工艺,并考察薄荷总黄酮的抗氧化活性。方法采用低功率超声法(50℃,100 W)提取薄荷总黄酮,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面分析法优选最佳薄荷总黄酮醇提工艺;采用Fetion反应考察薄荷总黄酮的抗氧化活性。结果最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数41.14%,液料比21.57∶1(m L/g),提取时间91.4 min,提取率为3.585%;自由基清除率达50%前,随着薄荷总黄酮质量浓度的增大,其对羟基自由基的清除能力呈快速上升趋势。结论该研究为薄荷总黄酮的提取和生产提供了参考。薄荷总黄酮对羟基自由基有一定清除能力,抗氧化活性良好。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the ethanol extraction process of total flavonoids from Mentha haplocalyx,and to investigate the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Mentha haplocalyx.Methods Low-intensity ultrasound(50℃,100 W)was used to extract total flavonoids from Mentha haplocalyx.On the basis of the single factor test,response surface methodology was used to optimize the ethanol extraction process of total flavonoids from Mentha haplocalyx.The antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Mentha haplocalyx was investigated by Fetion reaction.Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the volume fraction of ethanol was41.14%,the liquid-solid ratio was 21.57∶1(m L/g),the extraction time was 91.4 min,and the extraction rate was 3.585%.Before the scavenging rate of free radical reached 50%,the scavenging ability of total flavonoids from Mentha haplocalyx on hydroxyl radicals increased rapidly with the increase of its mass concentration.Conclusion This study provides a reference for the extraction and production of total flavonoids from Mentha haplocalyx.Meanwhile,the total flavonoids of Mentha haplocalyx have a certain scavenging ability to hydroxyl radicals and good antioxidant activity.
