血清及尿液中丛生蛋白和血清炎症因子水平的变化与肾结石发病的相关性分析

摘    要:目的]探讨血清及尿液丛生蛋白和血清炎症因子水平与肾结石发病的相关性.方法]选取2017年1月至2018年5月本院收治的肾结石患者105例(观察组),其中初发者57例,复发者48例,同时选取健康志愿者100例作为对照组.比较两组受试者血清及尿液中丛生蛋白、血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平,并分析其水平与肾结石发病的相关性.结果]观察组血清、尿液丛生蛋白低于对照组,血清IL-1β、IL-6高于对照组,差异均有统计学(P<0.05);两组血清IL-2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).复发患者尿液丛生蛋白明显低于初发患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复发患者和初发患者血清丛生蛋白、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).Pearson相关分析显示,血清丛生蛋白与血清IL-1β、IL-6呈负相关(r分别为-0.422、-0.412,P<0.05),尿液丛生蛋白与血清IL-1β、IL-6呈负相关(r分别为-0.302、-0.311,P<0.05).结论]肾结石患者血清、尿液丛生蛋白明显降低,与血清炎症因子IL-1β、IL-6有相关性,同时尿液丛生蛋白可能与结石复发有关.

Abstract:Objective]To explore the correlation between the levels of serum and urine conglomeration protein and serum inflammatory factors and the pathogenesis of renal calculi.Methods]From January 2017 to may 2018,105 patients(observation group)with renal calculi were selected,including 57 patients with initial onset and 48 patients with recurrence.Meanwhile,100 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The levels of conglomeration protein,serum interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-2(IL-2)in serum and urine were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between the levels and the pathogenesis of kidney stones was analyzed.Results]IThe serum and urine cluster protein in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the serum IL-1β,IL-6 was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum IL-2 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The urine tufted protein in recurrent patients was significantly lower than that in primary patients.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the serum tufted protein and IL-1β、IL-6、IL-2 levels in re-current patients and primary patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum cluster proteins were negatively correlated with serum IL-1β,IL-6(r=-0.422,-0.412,P<0.05),and urine eluster proteins were negatively correlated with serum IL-1β、IL-6(r=-0.302,-0.311.P<0.05,respectively).Conclusion]The serum and urine conglomeration protein in patients with renal calculi decreased significantly,which was related to the serum inflammatory factors IL-1 and IL-6.Meanwhile,the urine conglomeration protein may be related to the recurrence of calculi.
