Effect of Zishenyutai Pills Combined with Triptorelin on Pregnancy Outcome in Patients Undergoing in Vitro Fertilization Embryo Transfer

Objective To investigate the effect of Zishenyutai Pills combined with triptorelin on the pregnancy outcome of patients patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods Totally 94 patients underwent IVF-ET admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,47 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups received IVF-ET and they were treated with triptorelin,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Zishenyutai Pills.Results The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cytokines in follicular fluid[transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),growth differentiation factor-9(GDF-9)]of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The fertilization rate,high-quality embryo rate,embryo implantation rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the abortion rate and premature delivery rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(17.02%vs.10.64%,P>0.05).Conclusion Zishenyutai Pills combined with triptorelin has a good therapeutic effect on patients undergoing IVF-ET,it can improve the levels of sex hormone,the quality of follicle,the outcome of pregnancy,the success rate of pregnancy,and it is safe.
