急性心力衰竭患者血清ACT-A、Cys-C、BNP的水平变化及其意义

[目的]探讨急性心力衰竭(AHF)患者血清激活素A(ACT-A)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、B型脑钠肽(BNP)的水平变化及其意义.[方法]选取2017年1月至2018年3月本院收治的98例A H F患者(观察组),同时选取同期于本院健康体检者100例作为对照组.比较两组血清ACT-A、BNP、Cys-C水平,并比较不同NYHA分级AHF患者血清ACT-A、BNP、Cys-C水平,采用Pearson相关性分析AHF患者血清ACT-A、BNP、Cys-C相关性.[结果]观察组血清ACT-A、Cys-C、BNP水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组NYHA分级Ⅲ~Ⅳ级患者血清ACT-A、Cys-C、BNP水平明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Pearson相关分析显示,ACT-A与BNP呈正相关(r=0.672,P<0.05),与Cys-C无相关性(P>0.05);Cys-C与BNP无相关性(P>0.05).[结论]AHF患者血清ACT-A、Cys-C、BNP水平明显升高,与病情严重程度有一定相关性.

Changes and Significance of Serum ACT-A,Cys-C and BNP Levels in Patients with Acute Heart Failure

[Objective]To investigate the levels and significance of serum activin A(ACT-A),cystatin C.(Cys-C)and B type brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in patients with acute heart failure.[Methods]F rom January 2017 to March 2018,98 AHF patients(observation group)and 100 healthy persons in the same period were se-lected as the control group.The levels of ACT-A,BNP and Cys-C were compared between the two groups,and the levels of ACT-A,BNP and Cys-C in AHF patients with different NYHA grades were compared.[Results]The serum levels of act-a,Cys-C and BNP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of ACT-A,Cys-C and BNP in patients with NYHA grade Il^IV in the ob-servation group were significantly higher than those in patients with gradeI^II(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that ACT-A was positively correlated with BNP(r=0.672,P<0.05),but not with Cys-C(P>0.05);Cys-C was not correlated with BNP(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The serum levels of ACT-A,Cys-C and BNP are significantly increased in AHF patients,which is related to the severity of the disease.
