NSE、IL-26和T淋巴细胞亚群在带状疱疹急性期患者血清中的表达及其意义

[目的]探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、白细胞介素-26(IL-26)和T淋巴细胞亚群在带状疱疹急性期患者血清中的表达及其意义.[方法]选取2016年2月至2019年2月在本院诊治的带状疱疹急性期患者75例(观察组),同时选取健康志愿者80例作为对照组,检测两组受试者血清NSE、IL-26及T淋巴细胞亚群水平并比较.[结果]观察组血清NSE和IL-26水平分别为(13.10±2.71)μg/L和(14.40±2.11)pg/mL,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),CD3^+、CD4^+和CD8^+分别为(56.69±10.01)%、(29.82±7.13)%和(25.52±6.82)%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);中重度疼痛患者血清NSE和IL-26水平分别为(14.91±2.00)μg/L和(16.72±2.43)pg/mL,明显高于轻度疼痛患者(P<0.05);中重度疼痛和轻度疼痛患者血清CD3^+、CD4^+和CD8^+比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清NSE、IL-26与视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分呈正相关(r=0.401和0.332,P<0.05),而血清CD3^+、CD4^+和CD8^+与VAS评分无相关性(P>0.05).[结论]带状疱疹急性期患者血清NSE、IL-26升高,T淋巴细胞亚群水平紊乱,其中NSE、IL-26与患者疼痛程度有关.

Serum Levels and Significance of NSE,IL-26 and T lymphocyte Subsets in Patients with Acute Her-pes Zoster

[Objective]To investigate the levels and significance of serum neuron specifie enolase(NSE),interleukin-26(IL-26)and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with acute herpes zoster.[Methods]Seventy five patients with acute herpes zoster treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.Serum NSE,IL-26 and T lymphocyte subsets were measured in the two groups.[Results]The levels of serum NSE and IL-26 in the observation group were(13.10±2.71)g/L and(14.40±2.11)pg/mL,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,and CD8^+were(56.69±10.01)%,(29.82±7.13)% and(25.52±6.82)%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum NSE and IL-26 in patients with moderate and severe pain were(14.91±2.00)g/L and(16.72±2.43)pg/ml,which were significantly higher than those in patients with mild pain(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD8^+among patients with mild,moderate and severe pain(P>0.05).Serum NSE and IL-26 were positively correlated with VAS score(r=0.401 and 0.332,re-spectively.P<0.05),while serum levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD8^+were not correlated with VAS score(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The levels of serum NSE and IL-26 are increased and T lymphocyte subsets are disordered in patients with herpes zoster in acute stage,among which NSE and IL-26 are related to the degree of pain.
