摘    要:目的:对2010-2020年期间巴戟天的研究进行整理归纳,了解其发展现状并对其发展前景进行展望。方法:通过文献研究,总结其在品种考证和资源分布、化学成分、质量标准、DNA分子条形码、炮制方法、提取工艺、含量测定等方面的研究进展。结果与结论:总结发现近10年巴戟天的研究取得了较大进展:确定了巴戟天的基原问题,探索部分化学成分的药理作用,完善巴戟天的药典标准;发现巴戟天在目前研究存在的一些难点问题,例如巴戟天的混伪品较多,建议构建巴戟天及其混伪品的基因库,有助于将其正本清源。通过对巴戟天的研究进行整理归纳为后续巴戟天的研究及开发利用提供参考,也为巴戟天药材的质量控制和药效物质基础研究奠定基础。

Abstract:Objective:To summarize the research of Morinda officinalis How.from 2010 to 2020,understand its development status and forecast its outlook in the future.Method:Through literature research to summarize the progress in terms of variety research and resource distribution,chemical composition,quality standard,DNA molecular bar code,processing method,extraction process,content determination,etc.Results and Conclusion:It is found that the research of Morinda officinalis in recent 10 years has made great progress.The original problem of Morinda officinalis has been determined,the pharmacological effects of some chemical components have been explored and the pharmacopoeia standard has been improved,and some difficulties in the current research have been found.For example,there are many adulterants in Morinda officinalis,it is suggested that the gene bank of Morinda officinalis and its adulterants should be constructed.This review provides references for the development and utilization of Morinda officinalis How.,and lays a foundation for the quality control and basic research of effective substances of Radix Morinda officinalis How.
