组织工程骨技术在萎缩性鼻炎治疗中的应用

目的:探讨利用组织工程技术治疗萎缩性鼻炎的效果.方法:13例萎缩性鼻炎患者随机分为工程组7例:对骨髓间充质干细胞向成骨细胞诱导分化,利用组织工程骨技术,重构下鼻甲;对照组6例:进行常规保守治疗.于术后随访评估CT结果和疗效.结果:术后3、6、12个月时CT结果示工程组下鼻甲骨左右径及上下径增大值均高于对照组(P＜0.01);且临床疗效亦显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:组织工程技术可作为萎缩性鼻炎的一种新的治疗方法.

Treatment of Atrophic Rhinitis with Tissue Engineered Bone

Objective: To investigate the effects of treating patients with atrophic rhinitis by the reconstruction of inferior turbinate with tissue engineered bone.Methods: Thirteen patients with atrophic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups: experiment group(7 patients) treated with tissue engineered bone procedure and control group(6 patients) treated with conservative rehabilitation procedure.The patients in the two groups were followed up and CT reconstruction images clinical effect(atrophic rhinitis scores,SSPAR) evaluated.Results: At 3rd,6th,12th postoperative month,average inferior turbinate increasing width(AITIW) and average inferior turbinate increasing highness(AITIH) in experiment group according to CT images in experiment group were obviously higher than those in control group(P<0.01).According to SSPAR scores,the clinical effect in experiment group was more satisfactory than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The reconstruction of inferior turbinate with tissue-engineered bone is a new promising way to treat patients with atrophic rhinitis.
