健康教育路径在脑血管介入检查治疗中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨健康教育路径在脑血管介入检查治疗中的应用.方法 将108例行脑血管介入术的患者分两组,其中54例为对照组.采用传统的方法进行健康教育 54例为观察组,自人院起就采用健康教育路径进行护理.结果 观察组患者的满意度及护理质鼍均较对照组有显著性提高(P〈0.05).结论 应用健康教育路径进行护理,提高患者的满意度和护理质量,同时获得良好的社会效益.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of health education pathway in cerebral angiography and cerebrovascular interventional therapy. Methods 108 patients undergoing cerebrovascu-lar intervention were divided into two groups. The patients in the control group received conventional health education and those in the study group received care with health education pathway. Results Patient's satisfaction and nursing quality were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions Nursing with health education pathway in cerebrovascular intervention can enhance patient's satisfaction and nursing quality.
