小儿肾静脉的观察和测量

作者观测了100具(男60,女40)小儿肾静脉(器官外)。肾静脉以单支型为最多见,计180侧(左100侧,右80侧),出现率为90.00±2.12％。102侧的单支肾静脉在肾门外由两个属支汇合而成。62例左侧肾静脉注入下腔静脉的平面位置高于右侧。并分年龄组测量了小儿单支肾静脉的外径。文内还讨论了小儿肾静脉的解剖特点及临床意义。

THE OBSERVATION AND MEASUREMENT OF THE PEDIATRIC RENAL VEINS

Renal veins ( extra- organ) have been observed and measured in 100 cases of pediatric cadavers (60 male, 40 female) . The single renal veins are in 180 out of 200 sides (left: 100, right: 80). They occur in 90.0 + 2.12%. Among others, 102 sides of them are formed by two branches outside the hilum, accounting for 56.67 + 3.69%. The mutiple renal veins are found only on the right sides. The level of the left renal veins opening into the inferior vena cava is slightly higher than the right in 62 out of 100 cases. The lengths and external diameter of the single renal veins have been measured in three different groups. The anatomical character and clinical significance of the pediatric renal veins are discussed in this study.
