摘    要:用56℃30min和65℃lh热灭活HIV方法处理标本(包括HIV抗体阳性的和正常的血清、血浆球蛋白的样品),然后用ELISA PA和WB检测HIV抗体.其实验结果与另一组未经处理的同份标本检测结果相同.说明标本热灭活处理后检测HIV抗体不影响实验结果.因此,HTV抗体检测实验室对检样预先热灭活HIV的处理方法是一种简便有效的实验室安全防范措施,可以避免实验室HIV感染的发生.

Abstract:Samples including HIV positive, HIV negative sera and r -globulin were treated at 56C for 30min and at 65C for 1 hour, respectively; then ELISA, PA and WB were performed to detect HIV antibody. A control group that the samples were not heat -treated was set up. The results indicated that heat inactivation did not affect the final outcome for both HIV positive and negative samples. Serum sample had a better result after heat inactivation than globulin. Heat inactivation, therefore, was a good measure to protect laboratory professionals from being infected with HIV in their test work.
