4659例新生儿出生体重的调查分析

本文通过4695例新生儿出生体重调查,提示了一个地区新生儿出生体重的分布情况,出生体重均值男婴3.31±0.48公斤,女婴3.22±0.46公斤,男女间差异有显著意义,略高于全国九城市及有关地区调查结果。新生儿出生体重在前三胎有随胎次增加的倾向。第四胎有所下降但与第三胎差异无显著意义。母亲的分娩年龄<25岁及>40岁年龄组者,新生儿出生体重<2.5公斤及2.5公斤组的比例较大,而3.5公斤以上者比例较小,与有关报道一致。本资料反映了该地区普通居民新生儿出生体重水平,具有一定的代表性,对妇幼保健及计划生育工作有一定参考价值。

Investigation and Analysis of Newborn Weight in 4659 Cases

This article describes the we- ight distribution of the 4659 cases new born in Xinxiang arae Hospital from 1967 to 1985 year.The mean weight of the male is 3.31±0.48kg, the female is 3.22±0.46kg.The diffe- rence is significant between the m- ale and female.The weight of the new born increaces when birth ord- er increaces at first three,but the forth decreaces.The weight of the new born which is≤2.5kg is hi- gher percentage in the<25 years old and>40 years old group of mater- nal age.It suggests that the weig- ht of new born has a relationship with sex,birth order and maternal age.It has some reference value for the work of health of the women and children and family planning.
