桂林市医疗机构消毒工作质量检测

摘    要:为了解桂林市医疗机构消毒工作质量,进行了细菌污染与紫外线灯辐照度值检测。结果,医院、卫生所、个体诊所紫外线灯辐照度值合格(≥70μW/cm2)率分别为88.1%(170/193)、77.2%(254/329)与67.5%(135/200),室内空气细菌总数超标率分别为43.8%(166/379)、82.5%(614/744)与86.8%(473/545),物体表面细菌总数超标率分别为26.2%(121/461)、31.7%(241/761)与42.4%(222/524),医护人员手细菌总数超标率分别为24.1%(95/394)、37.2%(194/522)与42.8%(172/402)。说明桂林市不同规模医疗机构消毒工作质量有差别。

Abstract:In order to know the quality of disinfection work in the medical institutions of Guilin City, the bacterial contamination and radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps were examined. The results showed that the eligible (≥ 70 μW / cm2) rates of radiation intensity of the ultraviolet lamps in hospitals, health stations and private clinics were 88.1% (170/ 193), 77.2%(254/329) and 67.5%(135/200) respectively. The rates of total bacterial count of in- door air exceeding the permissible limit were 43.8%(166/379), 82.5%(614/744) and 86.8 %(473/545) respectively. The rates of total bacterial count of article surface exceeding the permissible limit were 26.2% (121/461), 31.7%(241/761) and 42.4%(222/524) respectively. The rates of total bacterial count of medical personnel hands exceeding the per- missible limit were 24.1%(95/394), 37.2%(194/522) and 42.8%(172/402) respectively. The above results indicate that the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions of different scales in Guilin City is different.
