乙肝免疫球蛋白与乙肝疫苗联合免疫阻断HBV母婴传播3年效果观察

目的　通过连续 3a的前瞻性观察 ,研究乙肝免疫球蛋白 (HBIG)与乙肝疫苗 (Hep -B疫苗 )联合免疫阻断HBV母婴传播的效果及乙肝疫苗的免疫持久性。方法　该研究设实验组Ⅰ、实验组Ⅱ和 1个对照组 ,用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)法检测HBsAg和抗 -HBs。结果　通过 3a的阻断效果观察 ,实验组ⅠHBsAg阻断率为 10 0 % ,实验组ⅡHBsAg阻断率为91 67% ;对照组HBsAg阻断率为 10 0 %。结论　证实联合免疫对阻断HBV母婴传播有效。通过 3a的实验观察 ,实验组和对照组抗 -HBs阳性率呈逐年下降 ,提示应重视对儿童的乙肝疫苗加强免疫策略和免疫持久性研究

Observation on the three years'effect of the interruption of maternal-infantile transmission of Hepatitis B virus with the method of Hepatitis B immune globulin combined with Hepatitis B vaccine

Objective] Through a continuous three years' prostective observation, to study the effect of the interruption of maternal-infantile transmission of Hepatitis B virus with the method of Hepatitis B immune globulin combined with Hepatitis B vaccine. Methods] Two experimental groups and one control group were set up to receive the test of HBsAG and Anti-HBs with ELISA method. Results] Through a three years' observation on the effect, the interruption rate of HBsAg in experimental group I was 100%, that in experiment group II was 91.67%, that in the control group was 100%. Conclusion] It is confirmed that the combined immune method is effective in interrupting the HBV maternal-infantile transmission. Through a continuous three years' prospective observation, the positive rate of Anti-HBs in the experimental groups and control group decreased year by year. It indicates that the study on the immune strategy and persistence of Hepatitis B vaccine for children should be strengthened.
