上海市郊区民工子弟学校学生贫血状况调查分析

目的了解上海市青浦区华新镇民工子弟学校中小学生贫血患病率和贫血程度,为今后制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法按《全国学生体质健康状况调查研究工作手册》和《全国学生常见病综合防治工作技术规范（试行）》要求,对本镇所属5所民工子弟学校全体在校中小学生进行血红蛋白检测。结果检测2789名在校学生,6～11岁学生贫血患病率较高（12.14%）,随着年龄增长,贫血检出率持续下降,14岁学生贫血患病率为6.78%。女生贫血检出率（12.44%）高于男生（10.78%）。结论民工子弟学校中小学生贫血患病状况不容忽视,仍需加强健康教育与防治。

Investigation on Anemia Status of Students from School for Migrant Children in Suburban District of Shanghai

Objective To study the prevalence and degree of anemia in migrant children from Huaxin Town,Qingpu District Shanghai school,and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of anemia.Methods According to the request of National Health Research Manual Physical Health of Students and National Technical Standard for Comprehensive Prevention and Treatment Common Illness of Students（Trial）,the migrant children in all five school attended hemoglobin test.Results In the 2 789 detected students,the rate of anemia in 6 to 11-year-olds was higher（12.14%）than others,it continued to decline with the increase of age,and it was 6.78% in 14-year-olds.The rate in girls（12.44%）was higher than in that in boys（10.78%）.Conclusion The prevalence of anemia in school for children of migrant laborers was high;the schools should strengthen the related health education in order to improve anemia control measures.
