浸渍法提取人参皂苷最佳浸泡时间的研究

摘    要:目的:为优选浸渍法提取人参皂苷最佳浸泡时间。方法:以人参皂苷Rb1,Rg1,Re为考察指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定红参须不同浸泡时间提取物的皂苷含量。结果:Rb1随浸泡时间延长而含量增加,Re,Rg1含量与浸泡时间没有线性关系,但三种单体浸泡时间过长含量都有所下降。结论:浸泡时间对红参须有效成分提取含量有影响,但对不同单体影响不,三种单体浸泡时间48h时含量均为最高。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the soak time of ginsenosids in red ginseng tails. Method: Ginsenoside Rbl, Rgl, Re in different soak times were respectively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC). Results: The content of ginsenoside Rbl increase with times ; the soak time haven' t effect ginsenosids Re and Rg1' s content, but all of the content of these three ginsenosides were decrease when the soak time overlength. Conclusion: Soak time may influence the content of active ingredients in red ginseng tails, but different ginsenosides have different effects and all of the content of these three ginsenoside Rb1, Rg1, Re were the highest when the soak time was 48h.
