胃病患者幽门螺杆菌检测及药物敏感试验

目的比较研究幽门螺杆菌（Ｈｐ）的不同检查方法及药敏情况。方法对２７２例慢性胃病患者做胃镜检查，取活组织做Ｈｐ快速尿素酶试验、胃粘膜Ｈｐ培养，Ｈｐ培养阳性者１３２例做药敏试验，同时检测血清抗Ｈｐ抗体。结果胃粘膜Ｈｐ快速尿素酶试验阳性率以十二指肠球部溃疡者最高（８４．６２％），胃癌最低（６４．７１％），血清抗Ｈｐ抗体检测阳性率与之相似。药物敏感试验结果，羟氨苄青霉素为高敏药物，甲硝唑敏感性差。结论血清抗Ｈｐ抗体检测可代替胃粘膜Ｈｐ快速尿素酶试验，用于大规模流行病学调查，也可作为感染Ｈｐ的初筛试验。

Antimicrobic Susceptibility Test and A Comparing Study on Detection Methods of Helicobacter pylori in Chronic Gastric Diseases

To compare the different methods for detecting Helicedacter pylori(Hp)and test the antimicrobic susceptibility of Hp.Metods Antibody of Hp in the sera of 272 patients with chronic gastric disease from whom gastric biopsy specimens were obtained have been detected,comparied with the results of rapid urease test simultaneously.In addition,antimicrobic susceptibility test of l32 cases among them were also studied.Results The positive rates of rapid urease test was the highest in the patients with duodenal ulcer (84.62%),and the lowest in the patients with gastric cancer(64.71%).The detection rates of both methods were similar.Hp was highly susceptible to amoxycillin and,was less susceptible to metronidazole.Conclusion Detection of antibody specific to Hp can be used for epidemiologic investigation or primary dection of Hp infection in place of the rapid urease test on gastric biopsy.
