改良灌肠疗法治疗慢性肾功能不全

目的：采用改良灌肠疗法治疗慢性肾功能不全。方法：66例慢性肾功能不全患者随机分为两组，对照组22例常规采用爱西特保留灌肠，将爱西特40片研成细末，加生理盐水150ml保留灌肠，隔日1次。改良治疗组44例，采用晚饭后口服爱西特40片，次日口服20％甘露醇250ml导泻，隔日1次。结果：治疗组中纳差、恶心、呕吐及乏力等症状改善明显，两种治疗方法均有降低血肌酐、尿素氮及尿酸的作用，但治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：改良灌肠疗法治疗慢性肾功能不全，疗效确切，使用方便，值得推广。

Improved Retention Enema on Treating Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Objective To investigate the effect of improved retention enema of Aixite on treating patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 66 patients with chronic renal failure were divided into two groups randomly. 22 patients in the control group were treated two days a time with retention enema of Aixite of 40 tablets and 150 ml narmal saline. 44 patients in the therapy group were treated two days a time with oral Aixite of 40 tablets after supper and 250 ml oral mannite of 20% the later day. Results Symptoms such as norexia, nausea, vomit and fealing weak improved obviousely in the therapy group. The two groups can both decrease BUN, Cr and UA in the blood. But the effect of the therapy group is better. Conclusion Improved retention enema has undoubtedly curative effect on treating patients with chronic renal failure. The treatment can be put practice expediently. It is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
