挫伤性前房积血38例的临床治疗分析

目的探讨中西医结合治疗挫伤性前房积血的方法与疗效。方法对我院2006年1月—2008年12月收治的38例(38眼)挫伤性前房积血患者进行回顾性分析。结果治疗后38眼中吸收时间分别为Ⅰ级积血1~6 d;Ⅱ级积血3~10 d;Ⅲ级积血5~14 d。积血吸收后视力为0.1以下者2例,0.1~0.5者9例,0.6~1.0者11例,1.0以上者16例。结论挫伤性前房积血及时合理治疗者视力恢复好,中西医结合是治疗前房积血的有效方法。

Clinical Analysis on Chinese-western combined medicine treatment of 38 cases with Contusion Hyphema

Objective To explore the effective method combining treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on traumatic hyphema.Methods From Jan.2006 to Dec.2008,the data of 38 cases with traumatic hyphema were analyzed retrospectively.Results After treatment,the time of hyphem absorption was 1 to 6 days with gradeⅠhyphem,3 to 10 days with gradeⅡhyphem and 5 to 14 days with grade Ⅲ hyphem.The vision of two eyes were lower 0.1,9 eyes were 0.1 to 0.5,11 eyes were 0.5 to 1.0 and 16 eyes were higher 1.0.Conclusion The early and timely correct treatment to traumatic hyphema could improve the vision of patients,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on traumatic hyphema is effective.
