局麻药在治疗老年人急性牙髓炎中的应用观察

目的:观察碧兰麻、利多卡因在老年人急性牙髓炎牙髓治疗中的临床效果,探讨牙髓治疗局部麻醉的最佳办法,争取老年病人良好的配合。方法:将132名老年患者随机分成两组,甲组68例采用碧兰麻注射,乙组64例采用利多卡因局部麻醉,对照观察两种麻醉剂的麻醉效果。结果:碧兰麻无痛治疗有效率为94.12%,而利多卡因无痛治疗总有效率为82.81%。两组间有显著性差异。结论:碧兰麻总有效率优于利多卡因,在活髓牙治疗中,尤其是上颌后牙无痛治疗时,最好选用碧兰麻。

Observation of the Local Anesthesia Effect for Aged Acute Pulpitis

Objective To observe the anesthesia effect by Articaine and lidocaine in the treatment of aged acute pulpitis, inquire into the ideal anesthesia method.Methods 132 aged acute pulpitis patients were divided into two groups,One group was used Articaine, the other was used lidocaine.Compared their anesthesia effect.Results The No-pain treatment＇s efficaly for Articaine group was 94.12%,for lidocaine group was 82.81%.The difference of anesthesia effect were statistical significant（P〈0.05）,Conclusion Articaine has hign anesthesia effect.It is ideal anesthesia method in the treatment of aged acute pulpitis.
