摘    要:目的 了解肝病患者血清单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性水平及其动态改变。方法 用快速比色法检测209例肝病患者 MAO活性,并以 MAO>40 U判为阳性.结果 209例肝病患者的 MAO活性均高于正常对照组,其中部分 HB-sAg携带者、急性黄疸性肝炎、慢性迁延性肝炎患者组差异显著(P<0.01);慢性活动性肝炎、急性肝坏死、肝硬化和肝癌组差异亦显著(P<0.01)。血清 MAO增高程度与肝脏结缔组织增生和小叶结构的扭曲密切相关,其含量与病情严重程度有关.结论 提示血清MAO活性的测定有助于肝病的诊断和鉴别诊断,尤其对肝硬化患者的诊断和早期诊断有独到之处,同时对心衰引起肝瘀血患者的疗效观察和预后判断有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:Objective To observe the activity and its dynamic change of serum monoamine oxidase (MAO) in hep-atopath. Methods MAO in 209 hepatopathy cases were measured with tachycolorimetry,and the value of more than 40 U was thought to be positive. Results The mean activity of MAO in 209 cases is higher than that of normal control group. The difference among the carriers of HbsAg.acute icterohepatitis and chronic persisting hepatitis patients is signifi-cant (P <0. 01),the difference among the patients with chronic active hepatitis.acute hepatonecrosis.hepatic cirrhosis and hepatocarcinoma was also significant ( P <0.01). The increase of MAO is closely related to the hypertrophy of connective tissue and the deformation of hepatic lobulus. The content of MAO is also related to the degree of hepatopathy. Conclu-sion The evaluation of MAO is beneficial in the diagnosis and differentiating diagnosis of hepatopathy,especially for early diagnosis of hepatic cirrhosis and prognosis of hepatic congestion owing to cardiac failure.
