铅中毒儿童红细胞免疫黏附肿瘤细胞能力的研究

摘    要:目的探讨铅中毒儿童自然条件下的红细胞免疫功能和免疫黏附肿瘤细胞的能力。方法红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)和红细胞CIC受体花环率(RBC-ICRR)采用酵母多糖花环试验。红细胞免疫黏附肿瘤细胞(RIT)采用C3b介导的免疫黏附实验。结果铅中毒儿童红细胞免疫功能是降低的,主要表现为RBC-C3bRR、RIT明显降低,RBC-ICRR明显升高。结论铅中毒儿童红细胞免疫功能是低下的,铅对红细胞膜受体活性的损伤可能是铅中毒儿童红细胞免疫功能降低的重要原因。

Abstract:Objective] To study the changes of RBC immunofunction, especially of RBC immune adhering to tumor cell in lead poisoning children. Methods] RBC-C3b,RR and RBC-ICRR were typically analysised by activated yeast red cell agglutination test; Yet immune adherence test mediated by C36 was used to study RIT. Results] The immunofunction of RBC in lead poisoning children is significantly lower than that in the controls, which was mainly indicated through the evident reduction of RBC-C3bRR and RIT, as well as evident increase of RBC-ICRR. Conclusion] The immunofunction of RBC in lead poisoning children is weak, and the important reason probably is that the lead has damaged the activity of RBC membrane.
