| Abstract: | It is proved that ISOIO015 is an intemational training quality standard with scientific, global, current, norma- tive, effective, practical and propulsive by using in training for nursing managers. It is also confirmed that ISO10015 is doable for building training system for nursing continuing education through the experience of identifying training needs, planning training, providing training and evaluating training results. |
