Methods and Effects of Tertiary Public Hospitals Partner Assistance to County Hospital

Objective To investigate the management method of urban tertiary hospital＇s partner assistance to county hospi- tal. Method The management agency of urban tertiary hospital ＇s partner assistance was established. Tertiary public hospital ＇S partner assistance to county hospital was provided through management and experts＇exportation, training, two -way referral, long distant consultation, community propaganda and education, and continue improvement. Result The county hospital ＇s managerial and technical capacity was improved through partner assistance on multiple aspects. Conclusion The effective assistance to coun- ty hospital can promote public hospital＇s public interest and progress of the medical reform. However, to ensure the long term effect, three aspects need to be paid attention＊, establishment of a sound cost compensation mechanism, depth carrying out the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases, and establishment and improvement of vertical cooperation system.
