二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺注射液与3种输液的配伍稳定性

摘    要:目的:考察二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺注射液与5%果糖、果糖氯化钠、5%转化糖3种注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:模拟临床用药浓度,将二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺注射液与3种注射液配伍后置于30℃恒温箱,观察和测定6h内配伍液的外观性状、pH值的变化,以高效液相色谱法测定含量变化。结果:3种配伍液外观、pH值均无明显变化。二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺与5%果糖注射液的配伍液含量下降明显,2h含量〈95%;与果糖氯化钠注射液的配伍液2h含量〉95%,6h含量降为92.05%;与5%转化糖注射液的配伍液2h含量〉98%,6h含量下降为95.08%。结论:本试验条件下,二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺与5%转化糖注射液配伍基本稳定;与果糖氯化钠注射液配伍时宜在2h时内完成输注;不可以与5%果糖注射液配伍使用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the compatible stability of Erthylenediamine diaceturate injection after mixing with 5% Fruc- tose injection, Sodium chloride injection and Calorose injection. METHODS: Erthylenediamine diaceturate injection mixing with 3 kinds of injections were placed in incubator at 30 ℃. The variation of appearance, pH value and the contents (by HPLC) were ob- served and measured within 6 h. RESULTS : Appearance and pH value had no significant change within 6 hours. The content of er- thylenediamine diaceturate in 5% Fructose injection decreased significantly, which was lower than 95% in 2 h. The content of erth- ylenediamine diaceturate in Fructose and sodium chloride injection was more than 95% within 2 hours and decreased to 92.05% af- ter 6 h. The content of erthylenediamine diaceturate in 5% Calorose injection was more than 98% within 2 hours and decreased to 95.08% after 6 h. CONCLUSION: Erthylenediamine diaceturate injection mixed with 5% Calorose injection is stable in the study. Erthylenediamine diaceturate injection mixed with Fructose and sodium chloride injection should be used up within 2 h. Erthylenedi- amine diaceturate injection can not be mixed with 5% Fructose injection.
