| 摘 要： | 对国内外献血后回告现状进行了分析,结合工作实践指出有效执行保密性弃血工作主要存在对保密性弃血的准确理解、对回告信息的正确受理与处置2方面难题,并提出了相关建议:坚持保密性原则;完善处理程序,并做好全员培训;积极开展宣传工作;畅通多种回告途径;落实职责,专人负责等。

| Abstract: | The status of feedback after blood donation was analyzed. Combined with work practice, the study point- ed out that the effective implementation of the confidentiality of disposable blood work had two problems ： accurate under- standing of the significance of confidentiality disposable blood and correct acceptance and disposal feedback information Some recommendations were given ： adherence to the principle of confidentiality ; improvement of processing program and staff training; extensive publicity; to unblocked multiple feedback paths; implement of the duties and specially - as- signed person for responsibility. |
