某院实施临床路径效果分析与评价

目的评价某院实施临床路径的效果,为全面实施临床路径提供依据。方法分析实施临床路径前后全院入径率、完成率以及心血管内科和妇产科平均住院费用、平均住院日、药品比例等数据。结果入径率达到了卫生部要求,但是完成率没有达到要求;实施临床路径后,住院费用、住院天数和药品比例均下降。结论临床路径管理对提高医疗质量和降低患者费用有显著作用,但在临床路径实施过程中还需进一步加强管理。

Effect Analysis on Implementing of Clinical Pathway in A Hospital

Objective Evaluation on effect of the clinical pathway in a hospital, providing basis for fully implementing clini- cal pathway. Method Comparison of all access rates, completion rates, average cost, average length of stay, medicines propor- tion between before and after implementing of clinical pathway in Cardiovascular Department and Obstetrics and Gynecology De- partment. Result Access rates met the requirements of Ministry of Health, but completion rates did not met the requirement. Af- ter implementation of clinical pathway, hospital costs ~ hospitalization time and drug scale was reduced. Conclusion It has obvi- ous effect of clinical pathway to improve medical quality and reduce the medical cost. The management should be strengthened during the implement of clinical pathway.
