| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨输尿管结石并发输尿管息肉的病因、发病率、诊断和治疗。方法 :2 5例输尿管结石并输尿管息肉患者行输尿管切开取石加息肉电灼 2 4例 ,行输尿管切开取石加息肉狭窄段输尿管切除、输尿管膀胱吻合术 1例 ;根据病情放置输尿管支架引流管 9例。结果 :2 5例术后症状全部消失。结论 :X线检查是诊断输尿管结石并发输尿管息肉的主要方法 ,输尿管切开取石加息肉电灼行之有效

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the causes, incidence,diagnosis,and treatment of ureteric stones complicated by ureteric polyps.Methods:Twenty four out of 25 cases received ureterolithotomy and electronic ablation of polyps.One out of 25 case underwent ureterolithotomy,as well as resection of stricture ureter and ureterocysoanastomosis. Nine out of 25 cases had indwelling ureteral stents according to different conditions. Results:Symptoms of 25 cases disappeared completely after surgical operations.Conclusion: X ray check is an important method in diagnosing stones of ureter complicated by polyps. Ureterolithotomy and electronic ablation of polyps are effective. |
