多次机采血小板男性献血者甲状旁腺素水平的研究

目的分析多次机采献血对男性献血者血清钙、磷和甲状旁腺素（PTH）的影响。方法随机抽取本站初次男性献血者21例和多次男性机采献血者36例,检测其血清钙、磷和PTH含量。结果首次献血者与多次机采献血者的PTH分别为（24.63±6.81）pg/L和（37.58±20.12）pg/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。多次机采献血者PTH随机采次数的增加而增加,然而血清钙磷含量在各组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 PTH水平会随着献机采次数的增加而逐渐增加,采血机构应该更加重视PTH的检测。

Study of parathyroid hormone in male regular plateletpheresis donors.

Objective To evaluate the influence of regular plateletpheresis on serum calcium, serum phosphate and parathyroid hormone （PTH） in male donors. Methods A total of 57 male blood donors, including 21 initial blood donors and 36 regular plateletpheresis donors, were selected randomly. The levels of serum calci- um, serum phosphate and PTH were tested. Results The PTH level of initial blood donors and regular platelet- pheresis donors were （24.63~6.81） pg/L and （29.32~ 16.72） pg/L, respectively, with statistically significant differ- ence between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The PTH level of regular plateletpheresis donors increased as the increase of the number of donations. There were no significant differences between the groups in the level of serum calci- um, serum phosphate. Conclusion The blood center should pay more attention to the PTH testing of regular plateletpheresis donors because the level of PTH increased as the number of platelet donations increased.
