| 摘 要： | 检测了８５例多发性肌炎（ＰＭ）患者血中常见自身抗体结果显示，ＲＦ、ＡＮＡ、抗（ｕ１）ＲＮＰ、抗Ｓｍ、抗ＳＳＡ、抗ＳＳＢ及抗Ｓｃｌ－７０的阳性率分别为４０．７％、２９．４％、７．７％、３．４％、５．１％、１．７％及５％，而抗ｄｓＤＮＡ、抗Ｊｏ－１、抗核糖体抗体的阳性率均为０。患者血中自身抗体阳性与否与Ｉｇ、Ｃ３、ＥＳＲ及肌酶活性水平关系不大。讨论了各自身抗体检测对ＰＭ的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Some blood autoantibodies of 85 patients with polymyositis have been detected,which showed that the positive rate of RF,ANA,anti-(u1)RNP,anti-Sm,anti-SSA,anti-SSB and anti-Scl-70 was 40.7%,29.4%,7.7%,3.4%,5.1%,1.7%and 5%respectively,and that of the anti-dsDNA,anti-ribosome and anti-Jo-1 was zero respectively.There was no correlativity between the positive produce or no of the autoantibodies and the levels,of the blood IgG,IgA,IgM and C3,also it demonstrated little relation between antoantibodies and erythrocyte sedimentation as well as serum muscular enzyme. |
