急性缺血性脑血管病红细胞免疫功能和丙二醛变化的意义

摘    要:对30例急性缺血性脑血管病患者进行红细胞免疫功能和丙二醛测定,发现丙二醛升高的同时,红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)低于正常对照组(P<0.001),而红细胞免疫复合物受体花环率(RBC-ICR)高于正常对照组(P<0.001)。RBC-C3bRR与RBC-ICR变化成负相关。提示氧自由基除对脑有直接损害外,还影响患者红细胞免疫粘附能力,使清除循环免疫复合物的能力下降,进而使免疫复合物沉积于血管内皮,造成损害。这一结果为临床治疗拓宽了思路。

Abstract:In this paper, red-cell immune functions and MDA of 30 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease were measured. The results suggest that when MDA was decreased,RBC-C3bRR of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease was lower than that of controls(P<0.001), and RBC-ICR in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases was higher than that of controls (P<0. 001 ). It indicates that the free radicals can influence red-cell immune function except for injuring brain immediately. So immune complexes fixed to vascular endothelium easily and injured it, because clearance ability for immune complexes was decreased. It opens up train of thought for clinic treatment.
