2型糖尿病患者的血脂分析和超敏C-反应蛋白测定在诊断和治疗中的临床应用

目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者血脂分析和hs-CRP测定在诊断和治疗中的临床应用.方法 利用生化法测定了70例DM2患者治疗前后的血脂水平,速率散射比浊法测定了血清中的hs-CRP.并与正常对照组进行了比较性研究.结果 70例DM2患者治疗前血脂TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C和APOB水平均较之60例正常对照组明显增高（P〈0.05～0.01）,而血脂APOA与正常对照组无明显差异（P〉0.05）.血清hs-CRP水平较之正常对照组明显增高（P〈0.01）;治疗后血脂TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C.APOA、APOB和hs-CRP水平均恢复至正常水平（P〉0.05）,而血清TG水平虽降低明显,但较之正常对照组仍明显增高（P〈0.05）.结论 糖尿病是一种血脂代谢紊乱和炎症性疾病,治疗前后血脂分析和炎症因子水平的测定,足糖尿病诊断和随访观察的有效手段.

Clinical Application in Diagnosis and Therapy of Determination of Blood Lipid and Serum hs-CRP in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To explore the clinical application in diagnosis and therapy of determination of blood lipid and serum hs-CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（DM2）.Methods Blood lipid（with biochemistry） and serum hs-CRP（with high-sensitiveimmuno turbidimetry ） levels were determined in 70 patients with DM2 and 60 controls compared analysis.Results In blood lipid,serum TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and APOB levels were significantly higher than those in 60 controls before therapy （P 〈 0.05 - 0.01）and serum hs-CRP level was significantly incressed（P 〈 0.01）.After therapy the blood lipid and serum hs-CRP levels in patients with DM2 recovered normal.Only TG level was significantly higher than those in controls（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion As in DM2,there exists blood lipid metabolic disorder and inflammatory reaction,so blood lipid analysis and serum hs- CRP levels might be used to diagnose DM2 and reflect the prognostic value before and after therapy.
