急诊护理安全影响因素调查与分析

目的:调查急诊护理安全的影响因素,以增强急诊护理管理者的管理意识和能力,提高急诊科护理工作质量。方法:应用自行设计的“急诊护理安全问题”调查问卷,对北京市17所三级甲等医院急诊科20位护士长进行调查。结果:85%的急诊科护士长认为不安全因素是由于“急诊工作紧张身心疲劳”、“查对不严谨”所致;80%认为是由于“先进仪器使用经验不足”所致;认为由于“工作经验不足”、“急诊环境嘈杂”、“护士数量不够”、“急诊管理监督教育不力”分别是75%、65%、60%、60%。结论:影响急诊护理安全最重要的因素是急诊科护士的质量与数量及急诊科护士长的管理水平;其次是环境因素。

Investigation analysis and counter measure of influence factors of emergency nursing safety

Objective: To investigate the influence factors of emergency nursing safety, in order to enhance management conscious- ness and ability of emergency nursing administrator,and improve the quality of emergency nursing. Methods: The investigation answer paper on emergency nursing safety, which was designed by our nursing administrator, was used to inquire into twenty head nurse of emergency department of 17 Three-Class A hospitals in Beijing. Results: The influence factors on emergency nursing safety included: 85% of the head nurses considered that the factors were nervous and fatigue of emergency work, simplifying working process, and without check; 80% of them thought that the factors were no enough experience on performing advanced instrument; 75% without enough work experience, 65% ascribed to noise environment in emergency department, 60% ascribed to without enough nurses, and 60% ascribed to without enough management and supervision in emergency department. Conclusion: The most important influence factor on emergency nursing safety is the quality and the number of emergency nurse, and the management levels of emergency head nurse. The environment factor is secondary to them.
