缺血性脑血管病老年患者临床诊治分析

目的：探讨抗血小板聚集药阿昔单抗与溶栓疗法联合应用对缺血性脑血管疾病的临床疗效。方法：收集缺血性脑血管病患者50例,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予阿昔单抗和溶栓疗法联合治疗,对照组给予单纯溶栓治疗。结果：治疗组与对照组的治疗效果有显著差异,阿昔单抗和溶栓疗法联合治疗的疗效明显高于单纯溶栓疗法组。结论：抗血小板聚集药阿昔单抗与溶栓疗法联合应用是治疗缺血性脑血管病的一种较好方案。

Anemic blood vessel of brain old age patient clinical diagnosis analysis

Objective：To investigate the effect of treatment for ischemic cerebrovascular disease using abciximab combined with thrombolytic therapy.Methods：50 patients of ischemic cerebrovascular disease were divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group received abciximab combined with thrombolytic therapy,the control group received thrombolytic therapy.Results：The differences between treatment group and control group in treatment were significant.The abciximab combine with thrombolytic therapy was significantly higher than the simple thrombolytic therapy group. Conclusion：It is a good program to treat ischemic cerebrovascular disease using abciximab combined with thrombolytic therapy.
