| 摘 要： | 目的考察猴头菌多糖(HEPS)在体内、体外对小鼠中性粒细胞(NG)的吞噬和杀菌功能的影响。方法将小鼠分为HEPS+氢化可的松(HC)组、HEPS组、HC组、正常对照组,并给予相应药物。采用NG吞噬指数测定的方法考察HEPS对NG吞噬功能的影响;通过定量NBT还原实验检测HEPS对NG"呼吸爆发"功能的影响。结果体内体外实验结果均表明HEPS对正常小鼠NG的吞噬功能及NG还原NBT能力具有显著促进作用,且能减弱HC的抑制作用,部分恢复NG的吞噬功能及其被抑制的还原能力。结论HEPS能增强正常机体NG的杀菌能力,并能部分恢复因免疫抑制导致的NG杀菌能力的降低,对于因过多使用免疫抑制剂而导致的NG功能的下降,HEPS可能是一种较好的免疫调节剂。
