毛细支气管炎患儿体液免疫变化及治疗观察

目的探讨毛细支气管炎(简称毛支)患儿体液免疫、补体变化及治疗对策。方法对47例毛支患儿进行外周血体液免疫及补体含量检测 ,同时对20例毛支患儿进行静注免疫球蛋白(IVIG)和常规对照治疗观察。结果毛支患儿外周血IgG、C3、C4 明显降低 ,IgE明显升高 ,IgM、IgA无明显变化。IVIG治疗组疗效明显 ,与常规治疗组相比差异有显著性意义。结论Th1/Th2失衡在毛支发病机理中占重要地位 ,从而引起一系列病理和临床变化。IVIG对毛支患者具有良好的抗感染和免疫调节作用

Changes of humoral immunity in children with capillary bronchitis and observation of its treatment

Objective To study the changes of the humoral immunity and complement in children with capillary bronchitis and explore the appropriate treatments. Methods Tests of the blood humoral immunity and complement content in 47 capillary bronchitis cases were carried out, and intravenous injections of given immunoglobulin in 20 cases simultaneously to make comparative study with routine treatment group. Results In the blood of the children involved, there was an obvious rise of IgE as well as a drop of IgG, C3,C4, and no apparent change of IgA was found. The IVIG therapy group has obvious effects which greatly differ from those of the conventional therapy group. Conclusion The ratio disbalance of Th1 and Th2 the plays an important role in the development mechanism of capillary bronchitis, causing a series of pathological and clinic changes. IVIG works well in the infection resistance and immunity regulation of children with capillary bronchitis.
