| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不同浓度和时间的博莱霉素对小鼠肺成纤维细胞（NIH3T3细胞）增殖的影响。方法：取对数生长期的NIH3T3细胞,用10%胎牛血清培养制成的细胞悬液加入96孔培养板中培养。以NIH3T3细胞为观察对象,分别给予不同浓度（0.1~10 000 mU/mL）博莱霉素处理,于给药后12 h、36 h、48 h后采用4-甲偶氮唑蓝（MTT）法检测细胞增殖。结果：与空白对照组比较,1~10 mU/mL浓度的博莱霉素,可促进NIH3T3细胞增殖（P〈0.05）。其余浓度博莱霉素对细胞增殖无影响。结论：1~10mU/mL浓度的博莱霉素能够促进NIH3T3细胞的增殖。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the proliferative effect of bleomycin with different concentration and action time on NIH3T3 cells.Methods：NIH3T3 cells in culture with 10%fetal bovine serum in logarithm growth stages were planted in 96 well plates.NIH3T3 cells were treated with bleomycin of different concentration（0.1~10 000mU/mL）,at 12 h、36 h、48 h after administering bleomycin,the proliferation of NIH3T3 cells was mesured by MTT colorimetric assay.Results：There is significant effect of proliferation on NIH3T3 cells（P0.05） compares with the control group when we treated cells with bleomycin of（1~10 mU/mL）,but the other concentrations have no effect.Conclusion：Bleomycin of（1 ~10 mU/mL）can promote the proliferation of NIH3T3 cells. |
