| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刀微创治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效.方法 将120例患者随机分为针刀组80例,针刺组40例.以临床症状、体征、影像学三步定位法对膝骨关节炎的病灶进行精确定位,行针刀松解术、膝关节抽积液及手法,与针刺组作对照.结果 针刀组80例中,痊愈38例,显效30例,好转10例,总有效率97.5%,其疗效明显优于针刺组(P＜O.01).结论 针刀结合三步定位法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效明显优于针刺治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of micro-invasive needle knife treatment for genual osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly allocated to a needle knife group of 80 cases and a acupuncture group of 40 cases as a control.
