摘    要:本实验应用高分子右旋糖苷复制家兔脑软膜微循环障碍 ,选用激光多普勒微循环血流仪及多部位微循环观测系统观测脑微循环的改变。显示约 60 %家兔脑软膜微循环障碍。电针足三里、曲池及人中、内关可增加高分子右旋糖苷所引起微循环障碍后脑微循环血流量

Abstract:In this study,the pial microcirculatory disorders were induced by dextran.We observed the pial microcirculation using laser microcirculation dynamic analyzer and multi-position microcirculation observing instrument.After intravenous injection of high molecular dextran,60% rabbits showed pial microcirculatory disorders.Acupuncture on Zusanli,Quchi and Renzhong,Neiguan caused increase in pial microcirculatory blood flow quantity.
