| 摘 要： | 本文概括目前他汀类药物在肿瘤治疗方面的研究进展，阐述了背景、结构、作用机制等相关内容，他汀类药物的进程，各类他汀药物如何发挥作用，在促进细胞凋亡、诱导细胞分化、抑制肿瘤血管生成、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖及他汀与肿瘤的具体研究、进展等相关内容，并展望未来他汀类药物的前景。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the current research progress of statins in the treatment of cancer,explains the re-lated content of background,structure,mechanism of action.Expounding the process of all kinds of statins,how to play the role in the promotion of cell apoptosis,inducing cell differentiation,inhibiting the specific progress of tumor angio-genesis,inhibition of tumor cell proliferation and statins and cancer research,and other related content. |
